Lasers are really fun.  You can shine them around people from great distances and they will wonder where it is coming from.  It’s fun to watch people react to them.  That’s why I want to make this device.  I am calling it a social experiment.

I have this awesome remote controlled car.  This car has a wireless camera that transmits to a headset I can wear.  Basically, I see what the car sees.  I want to re-mount the camera to a dual axis servo rig so that I can control which way the camera points.  I also want to add a laser pointer to the top of the camera so that I can shine it wherever I am looking.  I can use this device to remotely shine lasers around people and to see their reactions.

I know this is ridiculous but it sounds fun and again, I’m calling it a social experiment.  I’m also going to try to use it as an excuse to learn a new microcontroller other than the BS2.
